By accessing or using Nura ("the Service"), available at nura-os.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Nura is a personal life operating system — a web application for managing time, tasks, goals, learning, journaling, and personal growth. The Service includes AI-powered features (Lume), prayer time calculations, knowledge management, and optional third-party integrations such as Google Calendar.

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• One person may not maintain more than one account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You retain full ownership of all content you create within Nura, including tasks, journal entries, goals, ideas, highlights, and any other personal data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. This license ends when you delete your content or your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload malicious code or content designed to harm other users

Nura includes AI-powered features that analyze your activity patterns to provide insights and suggestions. By using these features, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only, not professional advice
• Aggregated usage data may be processed by third-party AI providers (Google Gemini)
• AI features may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete results
• You can disable AI features at any time

The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Google Calendar. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We strive to keep Nura available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

You may export your data at any time from the Settings page. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
